RETURN POLICY

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items such as custom products or final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email our customer service team at
nightfuryauto@nightfuryauto.com to request a return authorization number (RMA).
- Please include your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
- Sale or clearance items
